Records and measurement boundaries
Supply an authorized sample of the wholesale agreement, upstream invoice, service identifiers, downstream order and recharge schedule. Include a credit and a service whose customer price legitimately differs from carrier cost. Separate supplier evidence from customer records and minimize customer identifiers; the reviewer needs the charge basis, not unrelated communication content.
Checks that resolve this question
Require the evaluator to reconcile the supplier invoice against its own terms first. Then test the downstream recharge against the customer agreement independently. Introduce an upstream credit that has not yet been allocated and a customer pricing exception that does not change supplier liability. A useful review should report missing mappings and unsupported terms as unresolved rather than filling gaps from the opposite side.
The finance and operations decision
Set acceptance criteria around two explainable ledgers, credit allocation and reviewer approval. Finance can route an upstream discrepancy to the carrier and a downstream error to the customer billing owner. Discuss the Telecom workspace and plans with this explicit boundary; retain which records and processing steps were validated before any production activation.
Limits of the conclusion
Margin differences are not proof of overbilling, and supplier credits are not automatically refundable to every customer. No customer billing automation, wholesale connector or completed native invoice and contract producer is claimed.
Scope the evidence review
Use the AuditRes Telecom workspace to discuss this review scope. Check current plans and the shared platform, review security and evidence handling, and contact AuditRes to establish the customer sources and processor validation needed for production processing.
AuditRes Telecom: Available for onboarding. Public previews use synthetic demonstration data; production processing remains gated until applicable customer sources and authoritative processors are connected and validated.
